I. OBJECTIVES:
A. Aims: By the end of the lesson, students will be able to describe people’ s age, job and appearance.
B. Knowledge:
Vocabulary: Adjectives: tall> < strong
	Nouns of job: a gymnast, a weight lifter	
Grammar / Structures: She/He is short/tall/ 
	 Who is this/that? / What does he / she do? (review)
C. Skills: Speaking, Reading, Listening and Writing

 A. Teacher: lesson plan, pictures, a stereo, CD
 B. Students: review the old lesson, preview vocabularies
III. PROCEDURE:

I. PRESENTATION
1. Vocabulary 7’
tall >< short (adj) : cao – thấp 
fat >< thin (adj) : mập – gầy 
heavy >< light (adj) nặng – nhẹ 
weak >< strong (adj): yếu – khỏe
weight lifter (n): vận động viên cử tạ
gymnast (n): vận động viên thể dục
- elicits the words from students
- models three times
- gets Ss to repeat
- checks meaning and pronunciation

- T. uses two pictures to introduce about Chi and Tuan: 
Who is this? What does she / he do?
- T. lets Ss listen to the tape once , then they have to read the text again. 
- T. corrects their mistakes and pronunciation if necessary.
- asks them to translate the texts into Vietnamese
- comments and gives marks
- Ss make sentences, based on the form in one minute only
- Ss read their sentence(s) aloud
- Ss repeat chorally if the sentences are true, keep silent if they are false ones

I. Về công tác chỉ đạo, hướng dẫn, tổ chức thực hiện:
 Theo sự chỉ đạo của nhà trường, chuyên môn, tổ chuyên môn năm học 2020-2021 đẩy mạnh việc rèn luyện kĩ năng sống, kĩ năng vận dụng kiến thức vào cuộc sống cho học sinh và đồng thời nâng cao tính sáng tạo ,gây hứng thú học tập cho học sinh. Mỗi môn học cần đưa vào hoạt động trải nghiệm sáng tạo một cách hợp lí, có chọn lọc và mang tính thiết thực. Các môn học cần có kế hoạch nộp về chuyên môn trước khi thực hiện để chuyên môn sắp xếp, bố trí thời gian hợp lí.
